Hey Guys!
I'm SOOO excited coz its nearly Christmas! We have been making loads of food ready, like two gallons of our special Christmas Pudding Ice Cream. I'll put the recipe on here over Christmas if I can move enough to reach the computer :) We have a 15 kilo turkey, not slaughtered yet (it is now (Thursday), but the organic turkey place has it ready for us, and we've got loads of veggies, and pies and puddings already made, and a 14 inch square Christmas Fruit Cake with almond paste and loads of icing and decorated like a snow scene with little skiers and snow boarders and little fir trees. We got lots of egg nog too, which I love, but its only available around Christmas. I've already drunk quite a lot :) Really I'm excited coz Jim gets here on Saturday! I haven't see him since October! He will be here for a week so we will make the most of it. I'm really looking forward to seeing him again :)
He just sent me a cool poem he made up:

And I hope she goes on gaining weight!
